About The Position

Drive & Shine is hiring a full-time Team Member for carwash, oil change, and interior-cleaning services. The role is based in a family-oriented car-care business that emphasizes customer service, team development, and training. Team members receive classroom and on-the-job instruction to support their development and future career goals. Starting pay is $18 per hour, with the opportunity for increases every three months. The job involves explaining services to customers, handling transactions, and working outdoors in year-round weather conditions. Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
