About The Position
Drive & Shine is hiring full-time team members for carwash, oil change, and interior cleaning services. The role is based in a family-oriented car care business that emphasizes customer service, team development, and training. Team members receive classroom and field lessons to support their development and future career goals. Starting pay is $18 per hour, with opportunities for increases every three months.
Requirements
- Professional and outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain services efficiently and comfortably.
- Good physical endurance to withstand outdoor weather elements year-round.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
Responsibilities
- Explain services to customers.
