About The Position

Auntie Anne’s Team Members help create joyful guest experiences by preparing and serving freshly baked products while providing friendly, accurate service. The role is suited to dependable, hardworking people who take pride in punctuality, reliability, teamwork, and following brand and operational standards. Team Members work in a fast-paced environment and help maintain a clean, organized, stocked, and food-safe store. The position offers flexible scheduling of 20 to 40 hours per week, paid training, and opportunities for advancement. Certain leadership roles may require a background check.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Availability to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to punctuality and arriving prepared and ready to begin work at the scheduled start of each shift.
• Ability to consistently meet scheduled shifts and proactively communicate scheduling conflicts, emergencies, or absences according to company policies.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to dependability, accountability, and teamwork.
• Ability to follow directions, procedures, and brand standards consistently.
• TB clearance if applicable by location.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and remain active throughout a shift.
• Comfort working in warm and cold environments, including near ovens, in prep areas, and in walk-in coolers.
• Basic math skills and confidence using point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to taste-test products for quality control.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and guest service skills.
• Current Food Handler Certification or ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire.
• Honesty, accountability, reliability, and willingness to learn and grow.

Nice To Haves

• Previous food service or retail experience, though it is not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Comfort using smartphones, tablets, and store technology systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, energetic, and professional service.
• Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne’s products according to brand recipes and quality standards.
• Deliver accurate orders and a positive guest experience.
• Operate registers and handle cash, payments, and transactions responsibly and accurately.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe environment throughout each shift.
• Arrive on time, in proper uniform, and ready to work at the start of each scheduled shift.
• Maintain reliable attendance and follow call-out and scheduling procedures.
• Plan ahead for transportation, traffic, and parking to arrive on time.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow through with attention to detail.
• Support teammates during busy periods and collaborate to achieve store goals.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, loss prevention, and operational procedures.
• Demonstrate accountability, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
• Help foster teamwork, reliability, and respect.
• Taste-test products as part of quality control processes.
