About The Position

The Team Member plays a key role in creating an exceptional guest experience by delivering friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service throughout the theater. The position supports theater operations, including guest service, concessions, auditorium and facility cleanliness, and food preparation. Team Members anticipate guest needs, promote products and services that enhance the movie-going experience, and help maintain a clean, welcoming, and enjoyable environment. The role requires using and maintaining kitchen equipment such as pizza ovens and fryers while following proper safety measures. Team Members also monitor food and beverage quality, process guest transactions, promote the rewards program, and help enforce the theater’s Code of Conduct.

Requirements

Basic computer skills.
Ability to perform the essential duties satisfactorily, with reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities.
Ability to stand, walk, use hands, and talk or hear regularly; reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl frequently; and sit or climb or balance occasionally.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Ability to meet the role’s vision requirements, including close and distance vision, depth perception, and adjusting focus.

Responsibilities

Greet and educate guests about concession items, movies, rating systems, and theater directions.
Provide outstanding customer service and help ensure guests enjoy their theater experience.
Identify and recommend additional concession and seating options.
Promote the rewards program to guests.
Accurately process cash and credit card transactions.
Monitor the theater environment and enforce the Code of Conduct.
Monitor and maintain food and beverage quality.
Use and maintain kitchen equipment, including pizza ovens and fryers, while following safety measures.
Maintain clean and comfortable restrooms, lobby, and theaters.
Perform other duties as assigned.
