About The Position

As a Deli Host, you will provide customer service while keeping the deli area clean and stocked. The role includes helping customers with menu questions and needs, supporting cashier team members in maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars, and preparing deli products according to company guides. No prior experience is required; training is provided. Team members may also cross-train in other store departments.

Requirements

• Ability to move and lift more than 25 pounds.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions about menu offerings and address customer needs.
• Assist store cashier team members with cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars, keeping them stocked with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
• Prepare deli products according to designated preparation guides, including salads, fresh-cut fruit, hot and cold sandwiches, wraps, and parfait cups.
• Use methods and technologies to follow company policies and procedures and maintain proper food safety conditions.
• Potentially cross-train in other departments, including Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
