Cottonwood - Seasonal Team Member (Ages 16+) [Winter]
About The Position
Megaplex is hiring a seasonal Team Member at its Cottonwood location for the winter. Team Members help create an enjoyable guest experience by providing quality service, assisting managers with operations, supporting group events, preparing food such as popcorn, and helping ensure shows and public areas are clean, safe, and well maintained. The role involves working as part of a team in a fast-paced entertainment environment and may require long shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The theatre is open from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. Morning shifts typically start between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. and end around 5 p.m. or 6 p.m. Evening shifts typically start between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. and may continue until midnight or 2 a.m. on busy nights. Team Members age 16 and older start at $11 per hour.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Exceptional guest service skills.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Ability to deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Passion for working with a team.
- Ability to handle high levels of stress in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina for walking, standing, and twisting.
- Willingness to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality guest service as a representative of Megaplex.
- Assist with theatre operations, including food service, guest support, and cleaning.
- Help keep the theatre clean and safe.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the building and public areas.
- Assist managers with operations and help bring group events to life.
- Prepare food, including popcorn.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
