About The Position

Megaplex is hiring a Team Lead to help create a high-quality entertainment experience for guests and employees. The Team Lead trains and develops team members, assists managers with theatre operations, supports group events, helps keep staffing and inventory on track, learns operational metrics, and ensures shows and public areas are ready. The role involves providing excellent guest service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, addressing projection issues, and working with the team to create a positive atmosphere. Theatre hours may run from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. Morning shifts typically start between 8 and 10 a.m. and end around 5 or 6 p.m.; evening shifts usually start between 3 and 6 p.m. and may continue until midnight or 2 a.m.

Requirements

• Experience in theatre management and/or guest service.
• Exceptional guest-service, leadership, and motivational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Working knowledge of AV equipment and POS systems.
• Ability to deliver results with minimal supervision.
• Passion for teaching and developing team members.
• Ability to handle high levels of stress in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina for walking, standing, and twisting.
• Willingness to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality guest service as a representative of Megaplex.
• Assist with theatre operations.
• Keep the theatre clean and safe.
• Maintain accurate inventory.
• Address projection issues.
• Ensure the building and public areas are clean and presentable.
• Lead, train, and develop team members.
• Assist managers with operations and group events.
• Help maintain appropriate staffing and support team morale.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
