About The Position

Megaplex is hiring a Team Lead to help provide an excellent entertainment experience for guests and employees. The Team Lead trains team members, assists managers with theatre operations, supports group events, helps maintain staffing and team morale, learns operational numbers, and ensures shows and public areas are ready. The position involves guest service, maintaining a clean and safe theatre, managing inventory, addressing projection issues, and leading and developing the team. Theatre operating hours may run from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m., with morning and evening shifts; evening work may extend until midnight or 2 a.m. The role is based at Logan University and is for applicants ages 16 and older. Starting pay is $13 per hour.

Requirements

• Experience in theatre management and/or guest service.
• Exceptional guest service, leadership, and motivational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Working knowledge of AV equipment and POS systems.
• Ability to deliver results with minimal supervision.
• Passion for teaching and developing a team.
• Ability to handle high levels of stress in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina for walking, standing, and twisting.
• Willingness to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality guest service as a representative of Megaplex.
• Assist with theatre operations.
• Keep the theatre clean and safe.
• Monitor and maintain inventory.
• Address projection issues.
• Ensure the building and public areas are clean and presentable.
• Lead, train, and develop team members.
• Assist managers with operations and group events.
• Help ensure the team is staffed and supported.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
