Valley Fair - Seasonal Team Member (Ages 16+) [Winter]
About The Position
Megaplex is hiring a seasonal Team Member for its Valley Fair location for the winter season. Team Members help create an enjoyable entertainment experience for guests by delivering quality service, assisting managers with operations, supporting group events, and working with colleagues to maintain a welcoming atmosphere. Duties may include food service and preparing popcorn, guest support, cleaning, and keeping the building and public areas clean and safe. Theatre operating hours can run from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m.; morning shifts typically start between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. and end around 5 p.m. or 6 p.m., while evening shifts typically start between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. and may end at midnight or 2 a.m. on busy nights. Team Members age 16 and older start at $11 per hour.
Requirements
- Exceptional guest service skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Passion for working as part of a team.
- Ability to handle high levels of stress in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina for walking, standing, and twisting.
- Willingness to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be age 16 or older.
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality guest service as a representative of Megaplex.
- Assist with theatre operations, including food service, guest support, and cleaning.
- Help keep the theatre clean and safe.
- Maintain clean public areas and the building.
- Assist managers with operations and help bring group events to life.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
