About The Position
Team Members help deliver great Guest experiences and encourage Guests to return. The role involves prioritizing Guest needs, supporting fellow Team Members, preparing products to company and brand standards, and maintaining clean workstations and Guest areas. Team Members are expected to follow company policies and procedures and show enthusiasm for the Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins brands and Team Metro. The starting pay rate is $17 per hour. Responsibilities
- Treat Guests as the top priority by responding to their needs and resolving problems with a sense of urgency.
- Communicate appropriately, treat others fairly and respectfully, and support fellow Team Members.
- Prepare products according to Metro’s operational, quality, and safety standards.
- Maintain clean and neat workstations and Guest areas.
- Adhere to Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins brand standards and systems.
- Comply with Metro’s policies and procedures.
- Show enthusiasm for the Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins brands and Team Metro.
