About The Position

The Experience Team Member (ETM) supports The Scion Group’s commitment to exceptional customer experience and strong community partnerships. The role combines marketing, relationship building, administration, and customer service in a fast-paced, agile collegiate environment. It calls for strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic. The position is based at the assigned property, with daytime business hours and an after-hours on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

Prioritize interactions and communication with customers.
Provide community and amenity tours.
Share feedback on sales barriers and customer objections with the management team.
Execute sales and engagement initiatives as outlined by management.
Recommend local marketing opportunities and messaging.
Assist with social media and communications across platforms to engage customers.
Help plan, promote, and execute customer experience initiatives, engagement initiatives, and other marketing opportunities.
Represent the community positively and professionally in and out of the office.
Maintain knowledge of the community, market, and policies.
Log, file, and retrieve customer packages.
Assist with housekeeping related to opening, closing, and maintaining the office, clubhouse, grounds, and amenities.
Schedule and follow up on maintenance requests to support timely resolution.
Maintain office organization and cleanliness.
Assist with after-hours lockout duties as required.
