About The Position

Metro Franchising is hiring full-time Team Members for its Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins shops. Team Members help deliver positive Guest experiences, encourage Guests to return, and uphold the brands’ operational, quality, safety, and service standards. The starting pay rate is $17.00 an hour.

Responsibilities

• Treat Guests as the top priority by responding to their needs and resolving problems with a sense of urgency.
• Communicate appropriately, treat others fairly and respectfully, and support fellow Team Members.
• Prepare products according to Metro’s operational, quality, and safety standards.
• Maintain clean and neat workstations and Guest areas.
• Adhere to Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins brand standards and systems.
• Comply with Metro’s policies and procedures.
• Show enthusiasm for the Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins brands and Team Metro.
