Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
• Be able to stand, kneel, bend, and climb step ladders.
• Be able to lift and/or move items up to 25 lbs. and occasionally 25–45+ lbs.
• Work well in a team and provide exceptional customer service.
• Commit to safety and follow established guidelines.
• Pass a criminal background and employment reference check.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a maintenance or housekeeping role is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to perform a variety of tasks throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star guest service at all times.
• Clean and maintain showers and restrooms.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Empty trash containers and maintain cleanliness.
• Polish stainless-steel fixtures and dust surfaces.
• Wash windows and replace light bulbs.
• Pressure wash parking lots and fueling areas.
• Clean fuel pumps and maintain overall facility cleanliness.
