About The Position

The Retail Team Member helps create a welcoming shopping experience by assisting customers, maintaining the sales floor, and working collaboratively with the store team. The role includes greeting customers, helping them find merchandise, operating the cash register, stocking and organizing items, keeping the store clean, and sharing information about promotions and charity partners. Team members stay active, interact with customers and coworkers, and contribute to sales and productivity goals while supporting the company’s charitable and environmental mission. On-the-job training is provided; retail experience is not required.

Requirements

Be at least 16 years old.
Enjoy helping people and providing excellent customer service.
Be friendly, energetic, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Have strong communication skills and enjoy working with others.
Be comfortable operating a cash register and handling money.
Be comfortable staying active and standing throughout the day.
Be able to lift merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
Be dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
Be available for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service.
