About The Position
Rainbow City is hiring a Retail Team Member to help provide an excellent experience for donors and customers. The role involves greeting and assisting customers, operating the register when needed, keeping the sales floor clean and attractive, and sharing information about charity partners and the organization’s mission. Retail team members work together on displays, help customers find items, and explain the organization’s charitable contributions. Applicants may join the team starting at age 16. The position requires lifting up to 15 lbs.
Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
- A team-oriented approach and readiness to work with a diverse group of co-workers.
- Customer care and a positive attitude.
- Register operation experience is beneficial but not required.
