About The Position
The Store Donations Attendant receives donations, tracks and weighs collected items, and shares information with donors and customers about the company’s charity partners and mission. The role helps maintain a neat and presentable donations area and supports the team in caring for donated items so they can be offered to customers. Work includes loading and unloading trailers and donation boxes safely and efficiently, and may take place in heat, cold, and wet weather. The donations team works together to serve donors and the community.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- Provide outstanding customer service to donors.
- Be organized and able to keep the donations area neat and presentable.
- Be willing to work in changing weather, including heat, cold, and wet conditions.
- Be committed to working safely and efficiently.
- Be a team player and work with a diverse group of coworkers.
Responsibilities
