About The Position
America’s Thrift is seeking customer-focused, dependable team members to provide a welcoming experience for donors at outdoor donation sites. The role involves greeting donors, accepting and organizing donations, keeping the site clean, and safely handling donated items. The schedule rotates, with shifts varying between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Schedules are provided two weeks in advance.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills.
- Positive attitude.
- Ability to work outdoors and stay active.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
