About The Position

Delta Faucet Company is hiring Production Members and Machine Operators for second-shift operations at its Lapeer, Michigan facility, which manufactures plastic bath tubs, shower bases, and coordinating wall units. Team members help produce, inspect, package, and palletize finished parts while following standardized work and meeting production and quality expectations. The role works in a team area with 2–5 members. The stated schedule is 2 p.m.–10 p.m., Monday through Friday, with weekends often required. The posting gives an hourly pay range of $16.60–$17.80 plus a $1-per-hour shift premium, and separately lists a hiring range of $17.66–$19.98. A limited-time $250 onboarding bonus is offered, along with a quarterly bonus for meeting key production metrics.

Requirements

• Frequently lift, push, or pull up to 20 pounds; occasionally work with weights up to 40 pounds. Team lifts and rollers are used.
• Use hands to manipulate and operate hand tools and power tools.
• Bend, reach, twist, and carry items above shoulder and below waist level.
• Stand for periods of up to 8-hour shifts, with breaks.
• Visually inspect parts for defects.

Responsibilities

• Lift, carry, and place parts on a trim fixture.
• Use hand tools to smooth rough edges.
• Make pass/fail quality decisions based on quality standards.
• Prepare boxes with labels and instructions.
• Lift, carry, and place finished parts in boxes.
• Close and staple boxes using a staple gun.
• Stack completed boxes on pallets and prepare them for stretch wrapping.
• Follow standardized work to meet production and quality expectations.
• Participate in a team environment with 2–5 team members in the area.
