About The Position

NexForm is seeking a production team member to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment at its Battle Creek, Michigan location. The role involves performing repetitive production tasks while maintaining quality and following safety guidelines. The position is on the third shift, 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., with a $1.25 shift premium. The starting rate is $15.50. The work environment includes moderate levels of noise, dust, heat, moving machinery, and forklift traffic. Employees must wear required personal protective equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous production or light industrial employment experience preferred; manufacturing or factory experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods, approximately 8–10 hours per day.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to continuously bend and stoop over long periods while performing repetitive tasks.
• Must pass a pre-hire drug screen and criminal background check.
• Must be reliable and dependable, with adequate means of transportation.
• Ability to work in a factory environment with moderate noise, dust, heat, moving machinery, and forklift traffic.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment.
