About The Position

The Processing Team Member works with a team to sort, inspect, grade, price, clean, organize, and prepare donated clothing and other merchandise for retail sales floors or shipment. The role helps keep stores stocked, supports charity partners, and keeps reusable goods out of landfills. Team members work in an active, fast-paced environment, meet daily production and quality goals, and maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace. Processing equipment, including balers, is used after proper training.

Responsibilities

Sort, inspect, and grade donated clothing and other merchandise based on quality and condition.
Price and prepare merchandise for retail sales floors.
Clean, organize, and package donated items for display or shipment.
Safely load, unload, and move carts and merchandise throughout the processing area.
Operate processing equipment, including balers, after receiving proper training.
Meet daily production and quality goals while maintaining accuracy.
Keep the workspace clean, safe, and organized.
Work with the team to move merchandise efficiently.
