About The Position
The Processing Team Member sorts, inspects, and grades donated clothing and other merchandise based on quality and condition, then prices and prepares items for retail sales floors. The role also includes cleaning, organizing, and packaging donated goods for display or shipment; safely moving carts and merchandise throughout the processing area; and operating processing equipment, including balers, after proper training. Team members work toward daily production and quality goals while maintaining accuracy and keeping their workspace clean, safe, and organized. This active, fast-paced role involves repetitive tasks, hands-on work, and working on your feet throughout the day. Processing team members collaborate to keep merchandise moving efficiently and help prepare reusable donated goods for customers, supporting charity partners and helping keep goods out of landfills. The posting notes that a variety of jobs may include Monday–Friday day shifts and that flexible part-time hours are available.
Requirements
- Hardworking and dependable, with attention to detail.
- Comfortable lifting and carrying merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
