About The Position

The Processing Team Member sorts, inspects, and grades donated clothing and other merchandise based on quality and condition, then prices and prepares items for retail sales floors. The role also involves cleaning, organizing, and packaging donated goods for display or shipment, and safely moving carts and merchandise throughout the processing area. After receiving proper training, team members operate processing equipment, including balers. The position is active and fast-paced, with repetitive tasks and daily production and quality goals. Team members maintain accuracy and a clean, safe, organized workspace while collaborating to keep merchandise moving efficiently. By processing donated goods, the team helps stock stores, support charity partners, and keep reusable goods out of landfills.

Requirements
