About The Position

Dandy is hiring a TEAM Member (Clerk/Cashier) to provide customer service across the store and support guests throughout their Dandy experience. The role includes accurately completing retail sales and register transactions, preparing and serving food and beverages according to food-safety and preparation procedures, restocking products, and keeping the retail store and work areas clean and tidy. Other duties may be assigned. The starting rate is $16 per hour, with weekly pay. This is a second-shift position at 104 Wygant Road, Horseheads, NY 14845.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to bend, reach, frequently lift 10–20 pounds, and occasionally lift 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, cashier, food-preparation, or convenience-store experience is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Complete retail sales and register transactions accurately and efficiently as a clerk/cashier.
• Prepare and serve food and beverage items while following food-safety and food-preparation procedures.
• Restock products and maintain a clean, tidy appearance throughout the retail store and work areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
