About The Position
Back of House Team Members are an important part of the Toastique team. They prepare food, wash dishes, make juice, and assist elsewhere in the store as needed. Key responsibilities include ensuring juices are prepared correctly, having prepared items ready for each shift, and keeping the store clean. Cleaning includes utensils, equipment, bathrooms, and both front- and back-of-house areas. An opportunity for a raise is available after 30 days.

Responsibilities
- Prep and make juice daily according to the juice prep list while following food safety practices.
- Wash dishes and return cleaned items to their proper locations.
- Put away deliveries using FIFO (First-In, First-Out).
- Stay organized and prioritize tasks using time management.
- Communicate with managers or shift leads when inventory is running low.
- Check trash levels frequently and take out the trash when full.
- Help with station preparation when needed.
- Frequently check the front of house for cleanliness, restock utensils, refill water, and assist at stations.
- Frequently check restrooms and clean up after customer accidents.
- Ask for help when tasks build up.
