About The Position
As a Back of the House Team Member at a franchised McAlister’s Deli location operated by Southern Rock Restaurants, you will prepare quality food in a clean, fast-paced environment. You will prepare ingredients and menu items according to recipes and portion standards, read orders and prepare food accurately and efficiently, maintain clean and stocked food preparation areas and equipment, follow food safety and sanitation standards, and work with the team to support smooth kitchen service.
Requirements

- Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Able to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
