About The Position

As a Team Leader in Management Support and Expertise Support, you will play a crucial role in supporting team management by coordinating unit activities, action plans, and initiatives. You will coach and guide a team of experienced professionals, assign tasks, monitor progress, and foster talent development and employee engagement in a positive and motivating work environment. Your role requires extensive knowledge of your specialty area, functional authority over the team, and individual performance management. You will make recommendations for complex projects and initiatives, requiring comprehensive analysis and understanding of the organization and line of business. Effective coordination with stakeholders across various fields is essential, and you will advise and lead decision-making bodies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• A minimum of six years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Help determine your unit’s service offer and ensure your projects and activities are planned and executed
• Meet targets on time and on budget and manage results, performance, quality and client/partner satisfaction
• Develop training and skills development strategies and action plans for team members
• Help resolve complaints and problems in accordance with the organization’s practices
• Play a non-decision-making role in hiring, performance management, discipline, and skills development
• Manage the budget
