About The Position

As a Team Leader, you will support team management by coordinating your unit’s activities, action plans, and initiatives. You will coach and guide a team of experienced professionals, assign tasks, monitor progress, and foster talent development and employee engagement in a positive and motivating work environment. This role requires extensive knowledge of the field, functional authority over the team, and management of individual performance. You will make recommendations on complex projects, interact with diverse stakeholders, develop business positions, and influence senior management. Your responsibilities include identifying strategic directions, defining the unit's service offer, planning and executing projects on time and within budget, managing results, performance, quality, and client satisfaction, developing training strategies, resolving complaints, and playing a non-decision-making role in hiring, performance management, discipline, and skills development. You will also manage the budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of French is required

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and recommend strategic directions and business positions
