About The Position

This role is responsible for leading and developing assigned employees to ensure the manufacture of components, products, and systems, meeting agreed quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) standards. The Team Leader will direct production activities to meet requirements and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), determine manufacturing priorities to align with weekly production schedules, and manage personnel actions including selection, training, performance appraisal, and safety procedures. Additionally, the role involves directing routine equipment set-up and maintenance, and establishing/refining instructions and procedures for QCD improvements.

Requirements

• Vocationally trained in Technical
• 3 to 5 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop assigned employees to ensure manufacture of components, products and systems, within agreed quality, cost and delivery (QCD) standards.
• Lead production activities to ensure that products meet all requirements and to achieve KPIs agreed.
• Determine manufacturing priorities to match weekly production schedules and make respective assignments.
• Direct personnel actions, including selection, training, performance appraisal and safety procedures.
• Direct routine equipment set-up and maintenance and check for accomplishment.
• Establish instructions and refine procedures, when necessary, in order to contribute to improvements in QCD.
