About The Position

The Team Leader contributes to store success by promoting a positive shopping experience and building meaningful, long-term relationships with customers. Reporting to the Store Manager, the role supports day-to-day store operations, inventory management, sales, and customer satisfaction while maintaining brand and visual merchandising standards. Responsibilities also include processing shipments, replenishing the sales floor, and fulfilling eCommerce orders.

Requirements

High school diploma.
One year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment.
Passion for fashion.
Customer-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering a high level of attention and service.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require.

Nice To Haves

Two years of retail experience is an asset.
Social media skills.
Knowledge of mobile devices and computer skills.
