About The Position

Team Honey Badger is hiring a Team Lead to help operate Domino’s shifts in a fast-paced store. The Team Lead is the go-to person on shift, helping the store run smoothly, providing excellent customer experiences, and supporting daily store goals and standards. The role offers paid training, leadership development, and opportunities to advance to Assistant Manager, General Manager, or beyond. Starting pay is $16 per hour, with opportunities for increases through training.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to run a shift at least three times per week.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Facial tattoos are not permitted; some facial piercings may be allowed but are limited.

Responsibilities
