About The Position

Team Honey Badger is hiring a Team Lead to help run shifts at a local Domino’s. The role is a leadership opportunity in a fast-paced store, with potential for advancement to Assistant Manager, General Manager, or beyond. Team Leads help keep store operations running smoothly while providing excellent customer experiences. The position starts at $14 per hour, with the opportunity for an increase with training.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to run a shift at least three times per week.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Facial tattoos are not permitted; some facial piercings may be allowed but are limited.

Responsibilities
