About The Position

Gainwell Technologies is hiring a Provider Enrollment Team Lead to support provider enrollment operations and help clients improve the health and well-being of the members they serve. The role involves handling client and provider questions, researching inquiries, supporting enrollment and revalidation processing, coaching agents, distributing work, and helping ensure service levels, accuracy, and data integrity. The position is onsite in Jackson, Mississippi, with a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST. Candidates must complete a skills and competency assessment before advancing in the selection process. Video cameras are required during interviews and the initial week of orientation.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Three or more years of customer service experience with problem-solving skills.
Experience working independently and with various internal departments and personnel.
Experience working with fax machines, computer software, and telephone technology.
Communication and leadership skills, with the ability to multitask and follow oral and written directions.

Associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Respond to basic client and provider questions or forward inquiries to appropriate personnel.
Research client and provider inquiries and respond to appropriate parties in a timely manner.
Provide continuous coaching and cross-training to agents.
Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.
Process requests and update account history with inquiry results, including proper documentation.
Distribute work and assignments and ensure accuracy.
Serve as an escalation point to support timely issue resolution and communicate unresolved escalations to the manager.
Perform data entry and assist with provider enrollment, revalidation processing, and other inquiries.
Create and distribute client reports as needed to ensure data integrity, and prepare and submit reports to management.
Review and recommend modifications to procedures and workflows to support efficient and effective transaction processing.
Perform other duties as assigned.
