About The Position

Team Honey Badger is hiring a Team Lead for its Domino’s location in Marshall, Minnesota. The Team Lead is the go-to person during a shift, helping keep the store operating smoothly and providing excellent customer experiences. This is a fast-paced, team-focused role with opportunities for training, leadership development, and advancement to Assistant Manager, General Manager, or beyond.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to run a shift at least three times per week.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Facial tattoos are not permitted; some facial piercings may be allowed, but are limited.

Responsibilities

• Run and manage shifts in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead and motivate team members.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Make pizzas and prepare food.
