About The Position

Team Honey Badger, a Domino’s franchise, is hiring motivated Team Leads to help run store shifts. The Team Lead is the go-to person on shift, helping keep the store running smoothly and deliver excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. The role offers an opportunity to develop leadership skills and advance toward Assistant Manager or General Manager positions. Starting pay is $17 per hour, with the opportunity for an increase with training.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to run a shift at least three times per week.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Facial tattoos are not permitted; some facial piercings may be allowed but are limited.

Responsibilities

• Run and manage shifts in a fast-paced environment.
