About The Position

Team Honey Badger is hiring motivated Team Leads for a growing local Domino’s franchise. The Team Lead is the go-to person on shift, helping the store run smoothly and providing excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. This role offers paid training, leadership development, and opportunities to advance into Assistant Manager, General Manager, or other roles. Compensation starts at $13 per hour, with the opportunity for an increase with training. Benefits include flexible schedules, full benefits and a 401(k) for full-time employees. The stores are described as high-energy, fast-moving, and team-focused. Stores are closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to run a shift at least three times per week.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Facial tattoos are not permitted; some facial piercings may be allowed but are limited.
