About The Position

Team Honey Badger, a Domino’s franchise group with 148 stores across 10 states, is hiring an Assistant Manager for restaurant management. The role supports the Store Manager in daily operations and offers a fast track to General Manager. Paid training includes one-on-one coaching, online courses, and a three-day leadership capstone. • Support the Store Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations.

• Handle scheduling, labor management, and inventory.
• Assist with hiring, training, and staff development.
• Oversee banking, cash handling, and store profitability.
• Support marketing efforts to grow sales.
