About The Position

As a Barista at Starbucks, you create a warm and welcoming space where coffee sparks connection and customer interactions brighten someone’s day. You prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customize orders to meet customer needs, while working in a fast-paced store environment. The role includes providing quality products and service, handling cash, maintaining store safety and security, and performing a variety of tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, clear, and pleasant customer service; understand customer needs and respond to them.
• Prepare beverages and food according to standard recipes, including customized orders and recipe changes.
• Follow store operating policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, safety, and security.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
