PT Team Lead
About The Position
Clarks is seeking a part-time Team Lead to support store operations and deliver positive sales and customer service. The Team Lead may serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, help organize merchandise and back stock, oversee incoming shipments, and support employee training and coaching. The role also involves following loss-prevention procedures, maintaining a clean work environment, and creating a comfortable environment for colleagues. The position requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities
- Serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent.
- Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
- Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
- Oversee receipt of shipments and maintain a clean work environment.
- Assist in training and coaching employees on policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Upsell multiple pairs of shoes and accessories when appropriate.
- Represent the Clarks brand.
- Follow loss-prevention and shrinkage policies and procedures.
- Create a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
