About The Position
Clarks is hiring a part-time Team Lead for an outlet store. The Team Lead may serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent. The role supports store sales, merchandise organization, shipment processing, employee training and coaching, customer service, loss prevention, and a comfortable work environment for colleagues. Team Leads are expected to exemplify the Clarks brand and follow company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent.
- Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
- Organize store merchandise and back stock, ensuring products are placed properly.
- Oversee receipt of shipments and maintain a clean work environment.
- Assist with training and coaching employees on policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Upsell customers, when appropriate, on multiple pairs of shoes and accessories.
- Exemplify the Clarks brand.
- Follow loss-prevention and shrinkage policies and procedures.
- Create a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
