About The Position

Clarks is hiring a part-time Team Lead for its outlet store. The Team Lead supports store operations and sales, serves as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, and helps train and coach colleagues. The role also involves delivering excellent customer service, maintaining merchandise and back stock, overseeing shipments, keeping the work environment clean, and following loss-prevention procedures. The position requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure products are properly placed.
• Oversee receipt of shipments and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist with training and coaching employees on policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Upsell multiple pairs of shoes and accessories when appropriate.
• Represent the Clarks brand.
• Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
• Help create a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
