PT Team Lead
About The Position
Clarks is hiring a Part Time Team Lead to support store operations and deliver positive sales and customer service. The Team Lead may serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, help organize merchandise and back stock, oversee shipment receipt, maintain a clean work environment, and assist with employee training and coaching. The role also includes promoting Clarks products and following loss prevention procedures. The position requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
- Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
- Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
- Oversee receipt of shipments and maintain a clean work environment.
- Assist with training and coaching employees on policies and procedures.
- Provide impeccable customer service.
- Upsell multiple pairs of shoes and accessories when appropriate.
- Exemplify the Clarks brand.
- Follow loss prevention and shrinkage policies and procedures.
- Create a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
