About The Position

Clarks is hiring a seasonal part-time Team Lead to support store operations and sales. The Team Lead may serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, help organize merchandise and back stock, oversee incoming shipments, and maintain a clean work environment. The role also involves supporting employee training and coaching, delivering strong customer service, promoting additional products when appropriate, and representing the Clarks brand while following loss-prevention policies and fostering a comfortable workplace for colleagues.

The position requires extended periods of standing, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent.
• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure products are placed properly.
• Oversee receipt of shipments and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist with training and coaching employees on policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Upsell multiple pairs of shoes and accessories when appropriate.
• Exemplify the Clarks brand.
• Follow loss-prevention and shrinkage policies and procedures.
• Create a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
