About The Position

The Team Lead assists with the responsibilities of the site facility and its operations, setting an example by exceeding expectations and supporting the management team. This role offers an opportunity to learn how to run a car wash, develop professionally, and pursue a career path toward management positions. The position is based in Auburn, New York, and pays $18.00 per hour, with an opportunity to earn weekly commission. Part-time and full-time positions are available, and flexible scheduling is offered.

Team Leads provide customer service, help prepare vehicles and guide them safely onto the tunnel conveyor, and assist with facility operations and equipment maintenance. They work on their feet for extended periods and in all weather conditions. A drug screen and background check are required per state guidelines, and applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prepare vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist with regular maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
• Support the site’s facility operations and assist the management team.
