About The Position

Team Honey Badger is hiring motivated Team Leads to help run Domino’s shifts and support store operations. The role is a launching pad for advancement, with opportunities to develop leadership skills and progress to Assistant Manager, General Manager, or beyond. Team Leads are the go-to person on shift, helping the store run smoothly and delivering excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to run a shift at least three times per week.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Facial tattoos are not permitted; some facial piercings may be allowed but are limited.

Responsibilities

• Run and manage shifts in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead and motivate team members.
• Ensure outstanding customer service.
• Make pizzas and prepare food.
• Handle cash and basic store operations.
• Train and develop new team members.
• Support daily store goals and standards.
