Retail Team Lead Part Time Outlet
About The Position
Clarks is hiring a part-time Team Lead for an outlet retail store. The Team Lead may serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, support sales and customer service, maintain merchandise and back stock, assist with shipment and store cleanliness, and help train and coach employees. The role includes following loss-prevention and shrinkage procedures and helping create a comfortable work environment for colleagues. Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent.
- Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
- Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure products are placed properly.
- Oversee receipt of shipments and maintain a clean work environment.
- Assist in training and coaching employees on policies and procedures.
- Provide impeccable customer service.
- Upsell customers on multiple pairs of shoes and accessories when appropriate.
- Exemplify the Clarks brand.
- Follow loss-prevention and shrinkage policies and procedures.
- Create a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
