About The Position

Clarks is seeking a part-time Team Lead to join its retail team. The Team Lead supports store operations, customer service, sales performance, merchandise organization, and employee training. When the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, the Team Lead serves as Manager on Duty. The role also involves maintaining a clean work environment, following loss-prevention procedures, and helping create a comfortable workplace for colleagues.

The position requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent.
• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock, and ensure products are properly placed.
• Oversee receipt of shipments and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist with training and coaching employees on policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Upsell multiple pairs of shoes and accessories when appropriate.
• Exemplify the Clarks brand.
• Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
• Help create a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
