About The Position

Dover Food Retail is seeking a Team Lead to support manufacturing assembly-line operations. The role is accountable for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting machinery and equipment at fixed workstation positions. Work includes using machinery to install components into products as they move along the assembly line, handling raw materials and finished goods, monitoring product quality, and maintaining daily production records. The position requires advanced knowledge of operational procedures and tools, generally gained through extensive work experience and potentially vocational or technical education. The Team Lead works with limited supervision in non-routine situations and may lead daily operations, including training, delegating, and reviewing the work of lower-level employees. Problems encountered are typically difficult and non-routine, but not complex. The listed pay range is USD 24.00–28.00 per hour. The position is associated with the 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing assembly-line machinery and equipment at fixed workstation positions.
• Operate machinery and equipment to install pieces, parts, or components into products, assemblies, or sub-assemblies moving along the assembly line.
• Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods.
• Monitor output quality to identify and discard faulty products or arrange for their re-manufacture.
• Maintain accurate daily assembly production records for manufacturing performance analysis.
• Lead daily operations as needed.
• Train, delegate, and review the work of lower-level employees.
