About The Position

Team Honey Badger is hiring a Team Lead to help run shifts at a local Domino’s store. The Team Lead is the go-to person on shift, helping keep store operations running smoothly and delivering excellent customer experiences. The role offers opportunities for leadership development and career advancement, including potential progression to Assistant Manager or General Manager. Starting pay is $15 per hour, with the opportunity for increases as training is completed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to run a shift at least three times per week.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Facial tattoos are not permitted; some facial piercings may be allowed but are limited.
