About The Position

Sheetz is seeking a high-energy Store Team Member to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment. The role focuses on creating a positive customer experience through hospitality, communication, and teamwork. Team Members work across several store functions, including sales, food preparation, and customer service, with opportunities to develop skills and grow within Sheetz. An additional $1.50 per hour is provided for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Full-time Team Members are required to work four weekend days per month.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Full-time Team Members must work four weekend days per month.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages according to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
• Restock products throughout the store.
• Work collaboratively with the team and adapt to changing needs.
