About The Position

Clarks is seeking a part-time Team Lead to support store operations and deliver positive sales and customer service. The Team Lead may serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, help organize merchandise and back stock, oversee shipment receipt, and support the training and coaching of employees. The role also includes maintaining a clean work environment, following loss-prevention policies, and helping create a comfortable environment for colleagues.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to bend frequently.
• Ability to climb and move ladders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent.
• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
• Oversee receipt of shipment and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist in training and coaching employees on policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Upsell multiple pairs of shoes and accessories when appropriate.
• Represent the Clarks brand.
• Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
• Create a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
